Pavel Evdokimov is appointed to the position of a director general in Poliom

Changes in the membership of corporate management bodies are part of the program of management rotation. Pavel Olegovich Evdokimov has been working in the SIBUR holding since 2001, and has consistently passed the development stages of managerial and expert competencies. He held senior positions at the Tomskneftekhim and POLIEF plants. In 2010-2016, he headed the Research and Production Enterprise “Neftekhimiya” (a joint venture of SIBUR and Gazprom Neft). In 2016, he was appointed to the position of a director general of Poliom and led the Omsk enterprise for two years. Under his guidance, a management system based on international standards was introduced at the Omsk Polypropylene Plant. Moreover, the progress was made in improving the occupational and industrial safety system, and the production capacity was also increased. Since 2018, he continued to work in the SIBUR holding as a senior project manager at the Business Development Department, where he was responsible for the development and promotion of a number of high-budget investment projects. On July 18, 2022, he began working at Poliom as a director general.

Pavel Evdokimov graduated from the Kuibyshev Tomsk State University majoring in Industrial Planning. He also studied at the Stockholm Business School according to the program of Strategic Approach to Business Organization. In 2007 he defended his Ph.D. thesis majoring in Finances, Currency Circulation and Credit. Deep knowledge in the field of industrial production management and business education will allow Pavel Evdokimov to enhance the operating efficiency of the Omsk enterprise, as well as to improve industrial and environmental safety of production process.
