In 2021, the enterprise produced 205 thousand tons of polypropylene. Compared to the previous reporting period, the largest polymer producer in the Omsk region increased its output by 10%.

Igor Tikhonov, director general of Poliom:

“Such growth became possible due to the process modernization, reduction of the turnaround period, and stable supply of raw materials provided by the Omsk Refinery and SIBUR. The company's portfolio includes 17 product brands, including the pipe brand made of propylene homopolymer being unique for Russia. The brand assortment allows us to meet the demand of both Russian and foreign processors”.

The enterprise exported about 40% of high-tech products. The Omsk polypropylene was purchased by about 20 countries, including several countries in Europe, Asia, and South America. Turkey remains the largest consumer of Poliom-grade polypropylene.

Poliom provided the propylene processing value at the level of 99.5% that corresponds to the best results in the world. The high processing efficiency allowed the enterprise to reduce the impact of corporate sources on the atmospheric air by 17% compared to 2017.

The Poliom plant, one of the leading Russian polypropylene producers, was launched in 2012. The production is based on the best available technology, namely the Spheripol process. The latest process design solutions make it possible to manufacture the products in an efficient, reliable and safe way both for the employees and for the environment. According to the results of 2021, the company enters the TOP-10 taxpayers of the Omsk region.
