This information is reported in the annual analytical study of the Federal State Statistical Service for the Omsk region “Leaders of large and medium-sized businesses in the Omsk region” according to the results of 2019.
For 4 years in a row, the joint venture of Gazprom Neft and SIBUR maintains the top position of the rating among 156 regional entities. The ranking was based on details related to the revenue, net profit, capital turnover rate and other information about operating activities. In total, the experts analyzed 1129 reports submitted by the large and medium-sized businesses.

The Poliom plant, one of the leading Russian polypropylene producers, was launched in 2012. The production is based on the best available technology, namely the Spheripol process. The latest process design solutions make it possible to manufacture the products in an efficient, reliable and safe way both for the employees and for the environment. The Poliom plant is one of the largest taxpayers in the Omsk region: over the past 5 years, the company has allocated more than 10 billion rubles as the tax deductions to the budgets of all levels and non-budgetary funds.
